OEF Helps You Avoid Losing Your Security Deposit
State authorities collect a security deposit of ₹50,000 to ₹3,00,000 when you accept a management quota seat. One wrong decision = permanently forfeited. OEF's 17 years of experience ensures you get the right seat the first time.
The Forfeiture Risk Every Student Must Know
If you accept a management quota seat in Round 2, Mop-up or Stray Vacancy rounds and then do not join, the deposit is forfeited — permanently lost. This is ₹1–3 lakh gone in one decision. OEF recommends the right college in Round 1, protecting your full deposit.

|---|---|---|---|
| Uttar Pradesh | ₹2,00,000 | ₹1,00,000 | UP DGME |

Refund Timeline
Eligible refunds return to original bank account — typically 2–3 months after counselling season ends.

NEET qualifying cutoff is a percentile, not a percentage. General: 50th percentile. SC/ST/OBC: 40th percentile. In NEET 2025, this was 164 marks (Gen) and 129 marks (SC/ST). Management quota seats require only this qualifying percentile — no minimum rank.
Management Quota MBBS fees range from ₹9 lakh (WB/UP) to ₹45 lakh per year (top deemed universities). BAMS management quota starts from just ₹50,000/year. Call OEF at 9085064444 / 9085065555 for your budget-specific options.
Management Quota (15–25% of seats): Open to all Indian citizens. NRI Quota (15% of seats): Reserved for Non-Resident Indians or NRI-sponsored students at higher fees. Both require NEET qualification. OEF handles both.
Management Quota seats are filled directly by the private college management — not through MCC or state counselling. After NEET result: contact OEF → shortlist colleges → seat confirmed → fees paid → admission secured. The process takes days, not months.
